• Customers must return the broken product. Upon receiving the damaged item, customers will receive instructions on how to purchase another product at half price.
• The Potter Pot rule does not apply to any discounted items or special offers.
• Offer is only valid when the product is in stock.
• Potter Pot has the right to refuse the offer at any circumstances.
